As an important oil industry base in east China and the second largest oil field in China, Shengli oil field is located in the Yellow River delta coast near the Bohai Sea. Shengli No.1 mine No.1 team, which is situated in Shengtuo Town, Kenli County, Dongying Municipality of Shangdong province, is the subordinate oil production team of the Shengli oil field.

 

 

Continuous and stable operation of pumping machinary and oil pipes as well as safe storage of the oil in tanks are all closely linked to the profit of this enterprise, all of which are usually in remote desolate areas. Therefore, real-time surveillance on the oil well, pipes and tanks is necessary for the production and operation department along with periodic manual inspection and repair. However, the rapid development of modernized oil field managementcalls for an all-weather 24-hour unmanned surveillance system to ensure the continuous and safel operation and avoid unnecessary loss.

 

Project Aim

The customer needs a real-time surveillance system to monitor the oil well operation, ensuring safe production and prevention of theft. Three oil wells will be monitored in this project. However, the conventional wired deployment of video and network cable not only costs too much but also requires and inodinate construction time, not mention the complicated maintenance required in it's upkeep. Our products, which are reliable, efficient and cost-effective, can definitely provide a long distance wireless surveillance solution for them.

 

The oil well production wireless surveillance solution provided can provide all-weather real-time surveillance at each remote production and storage site, enhance the work efficiency and transparency by reporting machine performance and malfunctions, uncover hidden risks and inefficient personel operation and effectively thwart and prevent loss from thef.

 

Video cameras will be installed near each oil well, and the picture taken by the camera then be delivered to the central control room (i.e. mining team base) via a wireless outdoor bridge.

With the mining team headquarter as the center point; three remote points are respectively installed near 12590, S1P1 and 1452 oil wells. The center point has a wireless bridge and power divider with three 22dBi external antennas pointing to three remote points where three bridges are installed to relay back information. The distance from 12590 oil well to the center point is nearly 1km, from S1P1 oil wel it's 2km, and from 1452 oil well it's about 3km.
